If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes
copyright infringement, please contact us.
You will be asked to
provide the following:
1. your name and
address;
2. a description of
the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. the date the
copyrighted work was originally published;
4. a description of
where the material that you claim is been infringed is located on our site;
5. a signed
affidavit stating that the above information is accurate and that you are
the bona fide copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's
behalf. Protecting Our Rights
This site and all its content,
including inter alia photographs, images, sound, software, individual club
names and badges, the Jikishin Ju-jitsu Association badge and all text is
copyright by the JJSA 2005.
Reproduction
of articles and other text is authorised, provided the
source is acknowledged, save where otherwise stated.
Where prior permission must be obtained for the
reproduction or use of textual information, such permission shall cancel the
above-mentioned general permission and shall clearly indicate any
restrictions on use.
Reproduction of
multimedia content (photographs, images, sound, software, individual
club badges, and the Jikishin Ju-jitsu Association badge) is prohibited,
unless written prior permission is obtained from
an authorised member of the JJSA. |
